All our vehicles are fitted with the necessary safety systems as prescribed by the Mine Health and Safety Act, to ensure maximus safety of the operator and mine employees. We guarantee quality equipment that is in excellent working condition and with full service history. We offer rental agreements which include standard maintenance, with no hidden fees. We have a team of technicians which provides onsite maintenance, saving your team time and hassle. The same technician assigned to your application will be available throughout your rental agreement to solve any issue you may be concerned with.

FLEET MANAGEMENT PRODUCTS

The fleet management system that Netfleet offers has been designed to monitor the activities of the mining fleet and ensure that the TMM operator is operating in accordance with the mine standards In order to give the client complete visibility over fleet activity and driver/operator behavior. We will have a dedicated team which will be responsible for:

As soon as the team receives an alert, e.g vehicle entering a restricted area or over-speeding, the client will be notified immediately. A weekly report will be generated with all the alerts received during the week.

FATIGUE MONITORING

Our fatigue monitoring system includes an advanced driving management system, designed for the mining industry applications to improve safety.
Monitoring operator fatigue and distraction allows the client to be safer and more productive by reducing fatigue or distracted operator related incidents, through the monitoring of the human operator, driver who is ultimately responsible.
Audible alerts are created for the driver while real-time remote alerts can be analyzed for fatigued or distracted operators.
Infrared cameras continuously monitor the operator for eyelid closure, facial and head movements, and other unsafe behaviour while the vehicle is in motion.
The system will also be used to monitor the operator behaviour such as:

Upon event detection:

  • An event is created and stored locally on the Fatigue computer
  • Event data and clipped video are synchronized with Integrated Analytics Software Suite

TECHNICAL SERVICES

Good haul road construction and maintenance practices are a key part of operating a safe and cost-efficient fleet of trucks. Haul roads should be considered an important asset to a mining operation, in the same manner as trucks and shovels.
With this offering, we are able to supply a specialist team which will manage the design and construction of haul roads on the mine on daily basis. This will entail:
